You agree to the following terms upon signing up and using the affiliate system.

• The affiliate program is in the early stages and are monitoring issues. Please bear with us with any issues that arise so that we can address it as quickly and as favorably as possible.
• You will need to sign-up as an affiliate to earn any commission on a product.
• You will only earn commission for products that a user purchases with your personalized share link. Make sure to be sharing your share link, not someone else's, or non-affiliate link. We may not be able to verify that you are the valid commission recipient if you do not use a link or if a customer has purchased using a newer share/affiliate link from another affiliate.
• Commission payout date is not immediate. This is due to potential charge-backs, funds taking additional time to deliver (issues with a customer's bank or the payment platform having different payout delivery times), etc. Estimated delivery time of commission payouts is within 45-60 days. If you have questions about commissions or if a referral went through, you can reach out to us.
• Your commission payout may not be the exact percentage described, as there are fees, but will be close to the percentage described.
• Each product has a unique affiliate percentage. Some products may not be eligible for commission. Please refer to the list above ("Current Rates") for STANDARD commission rates. Some users may have unique commission rates and you should refer to that agreement between you and Wild Evolution LLC.
• Commission percentages are subject (and likely) to change as a program and its details evolve. We will do our best to notify all affiliates of commission percentage changes. You can always reach out to us at any time with questions. Information given to you by Jamie Skagen is, generally speaking going to be more accurate than the rates above (in the event that the Rates page has not yet been updated, or because you have a unique agreement between you and Wild Evolution LLC).
• If a customer issues a refund, then it may be set against your balance for existing and future payouts. (e.g., if you have $200 of commissions on its way, and a customer issues a refund, then the percentage of what was paid/expected to be paid will reduce the $200).
• If a customer purchases a product for free (e.g., coupon) or discounted price (e.g., coupon), you may earn no or lower commission rate than expected for the full price offer.
• Commissions will only be tracked for payments made on Kajabi (https://jamieskagen.mykajabi.com) using your unique share link and will not track anything completed through https://jamieskagen.com or direct payments made through PayPal, Stripe, Venmo, or other payment forms. It is possible  to still earn commission for these referral payments, but you must be in contact with Wild Evolution LLC to verify that you will receive commission for these payments.
• Wild Evolution LLC reserves the right to modify commission payouts, particularly in unique or nuanced situations (e.g., "paying for The Wild Emergence using an affiliate's own link would result in no commission payout to oneself.")
